SAMAgo – Perform maintenance directly on site

With SAMAgo, your employees can use key functions of SAMA V11 directly on their smartphone or tablet – from reporting faults and accessing plant history to providing mobile feedback on orders.

How SAMAgo improves everyday life

Mobile functions for daily maintenance

SAMAgo allows users to, among other things:

  • Search and display facilities and buildings

  • View the asset history

  • Add images to attachments

  • Report incidents and disruptions with photos

  • Use damage descriptions for structured reports

  • View open events

  • Report orders via mobile device

  • Record personnel costs

  • Record spare parts

  • Edit checklists

  • View IH texts as PDFs

  • Record historical entries on site

From event to feedback

SAMAgo supports the mobile part of the maintenance process. A typical workflow looks like this:

  1. Any disturbance or observation is reported directly on-site in SAMAgo.

  2. The message is transmitted to SAMA V11.

  3. In SAMA V11, this is used to create an order and reserved for the app.

  4. The order appears in SAMAgo.

  5. The employee performs the work and reports it back via mobile device.

  6. The feedback is then transmitted back to SAMA V11 and documented there.

This creates a seamless connection between mobile work and centralized maintenance planning.

Data exchange via the SAMAgo Connector

SAMAgo does not operate in isolation, but is connected to SAMA V11 via the SAMAgo Connector. The connector handles the data exchange between SAMA V11 and the mobile app.

This ensures that mobile feedback, events, histories and order information remain connected to the existing SAMA system.

Do you want to make maintenance more mobile?

We would be happy to show you how SAMAgo can be used in conjunction with SAMA V11 – from fault reporting and mobile feedback to documentation directly at the plant.
