With its "Preventive Maintenance" module, SAMA offers a closed maintenance cycle – from planning and execution to complete documentation. Recurring tasks are stored in the system, including maintenance code, cycle, and information on when the work was last performed. The maintenance text is created directly in Microsoft Word and saved in the database with all available formatting options – tables, images, checklists. This eliminates media breaks and ensures consistently high quality in the work documents.

Unlike preventive maintenance, fault management in SAMA follows a straightforward process: A fault is reported, processed, and finally documented. The goal is to transform spontaneous "firefighting" interventions into traceable, regulated procedures – without wasting valuable time.
